PolicyPortfolios 0.3 (2022-03-11)

MAJOR CHANGES

• Allow for portfolios to be cleaned and completed on a day-to-day basis instead of only allowing for a year-to-year
• New measure of burden based on portfolio size, but assuming some instrument or target-based learning mechanism is happening.

MINOR CHANGES

• Fixed a bug in the production of reports due to country and sector not passing correctly as factors.
• Remove warnings by properly addressing the removal of levels.
